Management
At Deutsche Rohstoff AG, we have a two-tier management structure consisting of the Management Board and the Supervisory Board. They are responsible for managing the matters of the company.
Executive Board
Jan-Philipp Weitz
CEO
Jan-Philipp Weitz has been a member of the Deutsche Rohstoff AG team since 2010 and has been a member of the Management Board and CFO of Deutsche Rohstoff AG since 2017. He has been CEO of the company since June 2022. He is responsible for the management of the Group and the management of subsidiaries and investments. He is responsible for the evaluation of projects, as well as the initiation and support of subsidiaries. Jan-Philipp Weitz holds a degree in business administration (Diplomkaufmann) from the University of Mannheim.
Henning Döring
CFO
Henning Döring has been part of the Deutsche Rohstoff AG team since October 2022. He is responsible for Finance, Treasury, Controlling and Accounting. He began his professional career at KPMG, where he also successfully passed the exam to become a certified public accountant. From 2012, he worked for the listed PVA TePla Group, and from 2014 to 2017 in the role of CFO. From 2017, he initially headed Group Controlling at the Schunk Group, and since 2020 he has been CFO for the leading company in the field of semiconductor technology within the Schunk Group.

Dr. Thomas Gutschlag
Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Dr. Thomas Gutschlag was co-founder of Deutsche Rohstoff AG in 2006 and has been a member of the company's Executive Board since then. He has been Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DRAG since June 2022.
Martin Billhardt
Member of the Supervisory Board
Managing Director of Sidlaw GmbH. From 2004 to 2008, Chief Financial Officer and from 2008 to 2015, CEO of PNE Wind AG. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of a large family office for over ten years.
Dr. Werner Zöllner
Member of the Supervisory Board
Entrepreneur. In private equity for 25 years. Has served and continues to serve on supervisory and advisory boards of companies in Germany, Switzerland, and the United States.
